The Crypto Blockchain Technical VC Analyst will be responsible for researching and analyzing investment opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry with a focus on the technical aspects of the projects. The Analyst will evaluate potential risks and opportunities, make recommendations to the firm's partners or investors, and work closely with the investment team to identify and evaluate potential investments, perform due diligence, and monitor portfolio companies.

Essential Job Functions:

· Conduct technical research on the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including new and emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory developments.

· Evaluate investment opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, with a focus on the technical aspects of the projects, including analyzing whitepapers, source code, and technical documentation.

· Develop technical models to assess investment returns and risks.

· Perform technical due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing technical documentation, auditing code, and interviewing technical stakeholders.

· Monitor portfolio companies, including reviewing technical documentation and monitoring technical performance indicators.

· Prepare investment reports and presentations for the firm's partners or investors with a technical focus.

· Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

· 3~7 years of experience in technical analysis or a related field, with a focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain.

· Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Experience with technical modeling and analysis.

· Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape, including knowledge of major protocols such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
