JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a new applicant for our primary Front Desk / Customer Service position. This is a role that requires someone who is friendly, outgoing, and professional, that is capable of acting as a primary point of contact for our customers seeking to place and pickup orders. This person will need to be organized and efficient in conducting their work and performing their job tasks and responsibilities. The average work day consists of manning the front desk by handling the intake of orders, invoicing of completed jobs, and payment processing of customers coming in to pick up orders or pay on their accounts. Emailing & corresponding with customers to answer questions, provide quotes, and let customers know their order has been completed and is ready to be picked up is another essential daily function of this position. During downtime from these core tasks, the candidate would be expected to work on other duties such as: maintaining the organization and presentation of the front store area, working on scanning in blueprints & plans as needed, assisting other departments with production and completion of orders when available, and taking occasional deliveries to customers at their desired locations within the Savannah/Chatham area.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Facilitate the intaking of orders through email submissions and in-person orders, processing those orders and submitting needed information and details to our different production departments depending on the order type/specifications.
● Regularly check, manage, and organize our primary email client of order submissions, quote requests, customer questions, and other correspondences and process and answer them in a timely and professional fashion.
● Act as the primary point of contact for customers coming in to pickup their plans/signs/orders and provide them with optimal, friendly customer service as we facilitate the completion of their orders.
● Act as the primary party responsible for invoicing & billing orders for customers with accounts, and process any other customer payments through a point of sales system.
● Organize and tidy-up the “front of store” area so that it is presentable and professional when customers come in.
● Assist with the tracking & management of inventory items and retail merchandise and assist with the procurement & ordering of necessary materials and supplies when stock runs low.
● Build knowledge on our different products and services and be capable of answering customer questions and provide applicable recommendations to fulfill their needs in a professional and knowledgeable manner. (This comes with time, experience, and exposure to our many different options for services & products)
● Occasionally run deliveries of plans, paper, and signage throughout the Savannah &
Pooler area in a company vehicle.
● Act as a “flex” member of the team, capable of helping out any of the production departments when needed and time permits.
● Scan in sets of blueprints & plans through our large-format scanner and be capable of emailing those digital copies to customers when needed, or efficiently store & organize them in other instances.
● Occasionally assist our large format printing department by learning to print sets of blueprints & plans on our large format KIP printers when needed.

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to reliably and consistently commute to work
- Valid US Driver's License
- Highschool Diploma
- Basic Technical Skills, including relative experience with Emails, Adobe Acrobat,
Microsoft Office Suites, and basic PC File storage & organization.
- Availability to work a Full-time, 8-5 workweek
- A Positive Attitude, and Consistent willingness to work hard and strive to do their best.
- Professional Email Edicate
- Capable of reading order/email submissions thoroughly to discern and find any necessary details for optimal production & completion of said order.
- Be capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 40lbs
- Capable of both working independently and working within a team (or with other team members) to complete tasks and coordinate the production of orders.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (with 1 hour break throughout the day)
Pay: $24,000.00 - $29,000.00
