Custom cabinet manufacturer of high-end European and Traditional style cabinetry seeking an apprentice who is eager to learn the trade and is looking to advance themselves within the industry for our manufacturing plant in Ramona, CA. Pay range is based on experience and ability.

Job Description:

We are looking for a cabinet maker apprentice for entry-level position for custom cabinet manufacturing. Willing to learn the woodworking trade and the following items will be taught:

• Beginning cabinet maker
• Measuring & verification of dimensions for projects in process
• Assembly of cabinets/face frames
• Sanding
• Operation of standard woodworking equipment
• Ability to read & execute shop plans
• Works both independently and as a member of shop team
• Assist with deliveries
• Shop clean up

Qualifications:

• Some experience required
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Basic knowledge of reading a measuring tape
• Some familiarity with materials
• Basic knowledge of use & proper care of machinery
• Ability to adhere & adjust to job schedules & deadlines
• Ability to listen and learn
• Ability to carry cabinets up to 75lb

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
