JKB Financial is an established firm that helps people across the country get out of debt. We are seeking an experience Customer Account Specialist to join our team!
You will be responsible for helping our clients begin the journey of becoming financial free! Our current Customer Account Specialists have a passion for helping and educating our clients. When they're not speaking to clients, they are always staying up to date on all the latest financial trends, news, and information so that they can help our clients in the best way possible.
This role has the potential for advancement to other associated roles based on demonstrated performance.
This is an hourly position that also provides bonus opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist agents in enrolling new clients
- Engage with clients throughout their debt resolution program
- Assist the operations team in maximizing client retention
- Constantly problem solving and thinking outside of the box to help clients resolve their concerns or questions
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Other operational duties based on need
- Full resolution for all client concerns, question, and escalations
Qualifications and Skills
- Become IAPDA certified within 6 months of hire
- Expert in client retention and de-escalating
- 2+ years previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Preferably worked in the debt industry
- Familiarity and comfortable following scripts on the phone
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Empathy towards clients and provide effective solutions to their problems
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Exceptionally resourceful self starter
- Positive and professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
