We are a family owned and operated company in the fast growing junk removal and sustainability business in Chicago, looking for a Customer Care & Dispatching Specialist to join our team! While we are a locally owned and operated company, we are expanding and growing at a fast pace. About the Role:

Yes, your title will be “Customer Care & Dispatching Specialist”, but your role here will be so much more. Not only will you manage all aspects of the customer experience from the initial call to the completion of the project but you will also assist our marketing, operations, and sales team. You will help our team and our customers with everything from pricing to logistics and scheduling!

Who would have thought there was so much to know about junk? In this role, you will be working in tandem with the sales and operations to expertly guide customers through the removal process, answering any and all questions, and providing 5 star service in order to produce satisfied, returning customers.

You will be utilizing multiple technologies and inbound platforms to interact with customers to generate new business as well as work with existing customers and current accounts.

Duties will include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new customers and current clients by handling inbound (warm) calls, live chat, texts, and emails
  • Work as a team to handle customer job requests throughout various stages in the job fulfillment process
  • Provide 5 star customer experiences by proactively solving our customers' problems and effectively planning their pick up day
  • Coordinate, dispatch, and troubleshoot with our operations team to help our crews in the field
  • Evaluate and sort customer job requirements with your team
  • Efficiently manage your time to handle multiple customers simultaneously
  • Meet and surpass target kpi’s for responsiveness, accuracy, and bookings while always ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service
  • Effectively convert inbound inquiries to paying customers
  • Communicate with crews on a daily basis in real time to insure that all appointments are being kept in a timely manner
  • Consult daily with the Director of Operations to assist with any necessary operational requirements in order to facilitate a seamless 5 star experience between our crews and customers

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of dispatching, daily logistics, and/or customer service experience with a proven record of consistently achieving goals (preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree not required, but preferred
  • Proven experience with G Suite and CRMs
  • 2 References with Contact Information provided
  • Logistics, operation, and/or sales and marketing experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
