Signing Bonus - $500

Clean and Clear Window Cleaning is an award winning family business that offers exterior property cleaning to both residential and commercial customers in the Twin Cities area.

Clean and Clear is looking for a sales-oriented customer support staff member for our growing company - Clean and Clear (cleanandclearmn.com).

Energetic professional experienced in customer communication and sales.

The ideal candidate is able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Our office is located in Golden Valley near Hwy 55 and 169.

Primary Job Details Include:

• Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customers emails that are interested in our services.
• Outbound and cold calls/prospecting to new clients
• Putting together estimates and scheduling clients
• Maintaining records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers

Secondary Job Details Include:

• Building Company Systems
• Handling customer feedback/complaints
• Working closely with ownership to help build the brand
• Provide general support to management team
• Other misc. Tasks

Hours - Monday - Friday - 8 am - 4 pm

Requirements include:

• Valid driver's license

COMPENSATION:

Company allows for PTO, a signing bonus as well as additional performance bonuses.
