Join Conduent's Customer Experience Associate Team
On-Site Position (NOT Remote)

You will be supporting Alabama's Department of Human Resources by being the first point of contact. You will answer questions and concerns from State Staff, Case Workers, and Employers while providing them with exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Performing routine call center activities by responding to inquiriesusing approved procedures and guidelines while ensuring the quality and integrity of the call.
- Providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry
- Gathers information, research/resolves inquiries, and appropriately documents customer calls.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, read, and interpret documents on file
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production

Requirements
- COVID Vaccination (Must be able to provide proof)
- High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
- Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test
- Type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
