Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.

This role supports the Central Division Small Format National Team and the Central Division Drug & Dollar Team with business critical needs and responsibilities – including pricing management, billing, reporting, customer service support, new account set-up and planogram creation. This role works closely with Key Account Managers who oversee Loves, Murphy Oil, Holiday Station, Circle K, Quik Trip, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, CVS and Walgreens. This role requires direct Customer collaboration in resolving customer service issues, billing issues and planogram work.

  • Reporting SF National Customers.
  • Customer Service Issues, Reporting-Murphy USA
  • Billing Support, Regional Planograms Quik Trip
  • Reporting (Drug and Dollar)

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative/customer support experience
  • Experience working with customers in CPG industry preferred
  • Proven track record of managing multiple and competing priorities.
  • Must be highly organized, pay close attention to details and proactively follow-up.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and issues and act accordingly in addition to exhibiting good judgment.
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Home office application and infrastructure knowledge required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected annual compensation range for this position is between $55,000 - $68,000.
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
