We’ve recently increased our base salaries to £20,240 and understand the need for work life balance, that’s why you’ll be working only 1 weekend in 4 and only 5 days a week, 37.5 hours. You will be based at our Bolton (BL2 6PU) based contact centre, we have adopted a hybrid working approach which will be 3 days in the office and 2 at home. Full training is provided with an in depth 4 week training programme upon joining the business. On the rare occasion that our customers are unhappy, you will step in. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll answer calls from customers, respond to emails and harness your empathetic customer first approach to have a direct impact on our zero distance to the customer attitude. You’ll use extensive product knowledge to attempt to resolve customer service queries over the phone. If that’s not possible, you’ll arrange an engineer visit. You’ll be based at our Bolton (BL2 6PU) contact/call centre and will receive training to ensure that you are able to achieve great things.
