Turf Enterprises, a local Lawn Care and Pest control Company is looking for a Customer Service Agent in our Mechanicsburg office with excellent phone etiquette to support our growing team. We are seeking candidates who are reliable, organized and have extensive multi-tasking skills. In this role, you will be working in an office setting, interacting with homeowners over the phone, while being responsible for other administrative duties. Responsibilities

• Perform outbound Accounts Receivable calls
• Answer inbound calls that can range from service questions to billing inquires
• Learn our computer software system
• Accurately document correspondence with each customer
• Answer Sales related inquires
• Confident and driven individual with great verbal communication skills
• Quick learner – Has the ability to learn new systems, products, and services
• Positive personality – We’ll give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed
• One year of sales experience is a huge plus
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
