RATE OF PAY: $17.00 - $25.00 A HOUR

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 5 DAYS A WEEK. ALSO MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.

We are hiring a candidate to work in the accessories department in our store in Clarksville Indiana. We are looking for an individual who appreciates luxury goods and wants to build a career around selling high-end brands. This person would be responsible for the sales of multiple brands of handbags, watches, sunglasses, ect. as well as ensuring that the sales floor is appealing. They are also expected to build a clientele to aid in future sales. This position would work closely with the area sales manager to ensure the success of the department and would report to them with any questions.
- Great customer service skills are a must. This person is required to talk to customers face to face as well as through our app to help drive sales and hit goals.
- Must have the ability to educate customers as well as coworkers on the latest fashion trends and product highlights.
- Having experience in a retail environment is a big advantage.
- This person is in charge of ensuring that the area in the store is clean and presentable,
so attention to detail is a great skill to have.
- Being self motivated and being able to take initiative are key to ensure success of you
area
- This person must have open availability. It is required that this full time employee works
5 days a week. This includes weekends. The shifts typically are from 10:45 am to 8:15 pm with an hour break.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- 2 Years of Retail Experience (Preferred)
- 2 Years of Sales (Preferred)
- Be Able to Pass a Background Check (Required)
