Customer Service Associate

Precision Staffing is seeking a customer service associate to work with a prepaid debit card provider in the Blue Ash, OH area for a temp to hire opportunity! The customer service associate will be handling escalation calls pertaining to customers banking needs.

Type: Temp to hire

Location: Blue Ash, OH

Start: 6/5/23

Pay: $20/hr

Hours: M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Ability to handle all customer complaints in a professional manner while following proper policies and procedures
  • Understand current business processes set in place that impact their customers
  • Ability to make recommendations to address the root cause of the escalation
  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from customers in a high volume setting

Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate:

  • 2 + years of call center experience
  • Previous corporate escalations experience desired
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Office and Word
  • Possesses conflict and negotiation skills
