Bellevue Rare Coins is a rare coin and bullion dealer that’s been serving the greater Seattle-area community since 1979. We buy and sell coins, collectibles, precious metal bullion (gold, silver, platinum, palladium), antiques, jewelry, estate items and more.

As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will interact with clients coming into our store to buy and sell valuables. On any given day, you might encounter a customer selling a rare coin collection, a client purchasing thousands of dollars of gold bullion, a lover looking for the perfect anniversary gift — or all three!

This exciting role will keep you on your toes and involves constant opportunities for personal and professional growth. While we value previous experience with our product categories (coins, bullion, jewelry, etc.), paid training is provided for all new hires.

Associates will be trained to evaluate customer valuables, provide detailed quotes, answer client questions, sell company products, and resolve issues that arise. Associates are given autonomy, while also enjoying strong support from coworkers and store management.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Evaluate valuables and collections that customers bring in
• Purchase products from customers/clients
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
