ElringKlinger is looking for a
Customer Service
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing data, drawing up quotations, maintaining price data and collaborating with the Product Management team to clarify technical matters
- Preparing and checking order conditions, credit checks and order tracking, monitoring the backlog in collaboration with the MRP department, scheduling and initiating deliveries
- Invoicing incl. the necessary export documents, coordinating shipping instructions and acceptance by inspectors as per specifications
- Monitoring incoming payments and reminders, creating commission statements and coordinating with customers, representatives and the Accounting department
- Processing and forwarding complaints in coordination with the Quality Assurance department, initiating credit notes/replacement deliveries
- Preparing and following up customer visits, assisting with sales promotion initiatives
- Preparing, following up and participating in trade shows
- Creating analyses about order histories and the trend in sales and bonuses
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed associate degree in relevant field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Aftermarket field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of SAP experience
