Job description

You will be in a department responsible for overseeing that the appointment-based inspections are scheduled and completed. Providing call support to schedule appointments for our inspectors, obtaining daily updates from those who book their own inspections, and updating the client are your main objectives. Accurate multi-tasking between phone calls, emails, and order details is extremely important. Work closely with state coordinator to resolve problematic inspector not providing updates or meeting deadlines. Make sure results are accurately submitted to client on-time. Being able to follow strict deadlines and turnaround times is key in order to keep this department running smoothly.

This is a work from home position only so access is needed to phone/internet and a computer. We currently use Vonage for phone/text (which we provide)
