Looking for a people who like to solve problems for customers. We have seasonal and possible full-time opportunity for the right person to work with our team to answer calls when things aren’t quite right for our customer.
As a fast-paced Holiday photography company we need people who want to immediately solve issues for our customer.
We are a small team that works well together. Our new addition should be someone who enjoys collaborating with people but can work on their own. Training is ongoing and thorough.
The ideal person
· Must be able to handle high volume calls.
· Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously.
· Must be able to handle multiline phone system.
· Will have computer experience to be able to track and log call information
· Must be pleasant with customers.
· Required to work evenings and weekend
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
