Based at our fantastic Headquarters at Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, we have a great opportunity for a Customer Service specialist who has a desire to focus on the Coaching aspects of Customer Service. This is all about people and development!

  • Coaching and developing colleagues in the Customer Hubs
  • Delivering new starter and all other training including upskilling and cross-skilling in a variety of areas such as:
  • Product knowledge
  • Customer knowledge
  • Process knowledge
  • Soft skills
  • Written skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Resilience training
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to improve operational performance and the customer experience
  • Developing a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Support the succession planning requirements of the Customer Hub Leads and the Customer Services Department
  • Identify, nurture, and develop future talent
  • Support the implementation of new business to ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Support the introduction of changes in process, policy, product and customer offer
  • Future proof customer service by developing new skills such as developing digital skills, knowledge of EV etc.
  • Reduce risk through adherence to policy, legislative and compliance topics/requirements
  • Ensure colleagues are compliant and are fully trained and competent in all compliance topics
