Feelfree US is looking to hire a customer service oriented person to join our team in an expanded capacity. The variety of duties this position entails will broaden your knowledge of business operations and management. We are an established, yet growing company, offering a supportive working environment, with many upcoming options for growth. This will be a full time position, with paid time off for holidays and vacation time.

The hourly rate listed is negotiable, an increase based on experience can be discussed during the interview process. A 90 day period will start your first day, after the 90 days your health insurance will be activated, and we'll meet to evaluate your performance, along with discussing a shift to an increased salary based compensation.

The duties of this position include, but will not be limited to the following.

• Work closely with our customer service manager to resolve customer issues and needs.
• Assisting with warranty claims.
• Delivering product to multiple states. *A valid driver's license is required.
• Deliver truck loads of product to our retail locations in FL and TX.
• Assisting our retail locations. *Limited capacity.
• Working in our NC offices, assisting with daily operations.
• Must be able to lift 65 lbs, by yourself. *This is a requirement. Heavy lifting is involved on a daily basis.
• Flexibility for weekend scheduling. This includes deliveries, assistance with demo events, sale events, and other. Weekend scheduling will come with a weekday off to balance out the work week.
