SML is a global apparel branding and packaging group of companies serving an international clientele consisting of top fashion brands and some of the largest retailers in the world. This position works directly with Key Account Mangers, and Sales Executives as needed managing all order entry and follow up for specific Key accounts.

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Manage incoming orders and inquiries daily.

· Responsible for order entry ordering system, coordination, and communication between our global production locations to ensure customer standards are met from country to country.

· Communicate pricing and minimum order quantities to customer.

· Update and assist the customer with expected ship dates and documents.

· Communicate customer requirements regarding orders with global production locations.

· Maintenance of paperwork from order entry to invoicing.

· Problem solving.

· High School/GED

· Knowledge of the apparel branding and packaging industry a plus.

· Experience communicating with internal and external resources.

· Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

· Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

· Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.

· Basic skill level in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Possess excellent written and verbal skills

-Ability to multitask

· Able to think outside the box and craft solutions within given constraints

· Works well under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience level:

• 1-2 years preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
