YMlabs makes lip balm, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, lotion and many other personal care products. The company receives a variety of chemicals and supplies for making bulk product, and for filling and labeling bottles.
This manager position is for a career-minded individual interested in supply chain and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Receive and enter customer purchase orders
- Communicate order details to customers
- Resolve customer order issues
- Manage 1-2 customer service representatives
- Prepare shipping tags and follow through on shipping of orders
Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Excellent math skills
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- Ability to work with customers by email and phone
- Ability to work with other managers, subordinates and leaders
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to think critically
- Consistent working days and hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
