We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for customer satisfaction and a background in retail, customer service, or Sales. The ideal candidate will be proficient in responding to customer questions and directing them to other members of their team when necessary. The successful candidate will also act as an advocate for the customer, making sure any problems are resolved as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide service to customers.
• Solve customer problems.
• Make outgoing calls to potential customers.
• Answer customers' questions about a company's products or services.
• Record and log customer information.
• Work with a team to meet sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
