We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer calls and online inquiries. The right candidate will have the ability to effectively provide customers with excellent service while utilizing company policies and procedures to resolve issues. Due to the large volume of inbound calls, our CSRs must be capable of handling multiple incoming calls at once, as well as conducting effective inventory management and fulfilling orders via the internet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
