Salary: S5 Grade from: £26,451 to £27,808 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £30,095 per annum inclusive of London Weighting.
Hours: Full-time 35 Hours
Contract Type: Fixed-term (1 year, initially)

The Campus Services department provide a wide range of services to all members of the University. Encompassing Estates, Commercial Services, Security, Distribution Centre, Conferencing and Reception the department strives to provide an excellent enabling service.
The Customer Services helpdesk team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our expanding department. This is a varied role and will involve triaging a wide range of issues being reported through to the Campus Services helpdesk, following up on issues already reported and liaising back to the customer.
The successful applicant will also be involved with working on the Main Reception desk taking as well as processing calls on the University Switchboard.
Prior knowledge of the Campus, although not essential would be an advantage.
You should have a high level of self-motivation and an ability to drive an excellent level of Customer Service with a can-do attitude. As this is a client facing role, a professional demeanour is essential at all times. The ability to manage and adhere to Service Level Agreements and to work within the department’s policies and procedures is also required for the role.
