Swan Housing Association provide high quality and affordable homes to rent and buy. We operate in Essex and East London and locally manage over 10,000 homes with plans to double our stock as part of an ambitious five-year strategy.

We have a permanent opportunity for someone to work as part of the Neighbourhood Services Team. You will provide the first point of contact for our residents on a wide range of housing management issues and be responsible for providing administrative support to the Neighbourhood team.
You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a professional service and will manage a small patch of properties.
If you are a confident communicator, a proficient computer user and genuinely interested in helping our residents with their queries then we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for self-motivation, commitment and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The ability to work some evenings and weekends as required is essential.
