We have a temp to perm Customer Service / Claims Handler opportunity working for a leading insurance company in Tonbridge.
The first 2 months will include a thorough training program so no previous insurance experience is required. You will spend the first 2 months of training in the office and then once trained you can work fully remotely / work from home, or in the office if you prefer.
This is a temp to perm opportunity and the permanent salary offered will be £22,833 pa (based on 40 hrs per week).
This role is part time, 29 hrs per week.
You will be responsible for handling insurance claims, seeing the claims process from start to finish, ensuring processes are adhered to and delivering customer service over the phone, web chat, email and letters.
The role will require general administration skills, good attention to detail and excellent communication.
