We're looking for amazing Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing superb customer service, maintaining company policy, following up on customer requests and ensuring that any problems are resolved in a timely and courteous manner. We are seeking candidates with an emphasis on customer service who will work well with others, who have strong problem-solving skills, and who have a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and provide customer service.
• Manage incoming work orders.
• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Complete assigned job duties within the allotted timeframe.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.32 - $29.06 per hour
