WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER?

This customer care position works 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend on-call schedule.

You perform data entry tasks, dispatch our technicians, and send out work orders with precision and efficiency, enabling us to keep our office running smoothly. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER?

• Excellent phone etiquette
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Ability to perform office tasks
• Basic computer skills

A high school diploma OR equivalent is preferred. Customer service experience would be a plus. Fluency in both English and Spanish would also be beneficial.
