Our locksmith and security business is searching for a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher that can help our office run smoothly in the Newhall, CA area. If you have exceptional phone etiquette and can perform typical data entry tasks, then Absolute Lock and Security wants you!

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER?

This customer care position works 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend on-call schedule.

Your dedication to delivering friendly and helpful assistance to our clients over the phone is unmatched. You respond promptly to each phone call, ensuring that our customers' needs are met with care and attention. Moreover, you're equally adept at addressing their inquiries and concerns through email, always providing thorough and effective responses.

Aside from your exceptional customer care skills, you also play a crucial role in our daily office operations. You perform data entry tasks, dispatch our technicians, and send out work orders with precision and efficiency, enabling us to keep our office running smoothly. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER?

  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • Ability to perform office tasks
  • Basic computer skills

A high school diploma OR equivalent is preferred. Customer service experience would be a plus. Fluency in both English and Spanish would also be beneficial.
