Customer Service Rep - 2p-10p or part time 4p-8p

AnSer an Award Winning Answering Service located in Wausau, WI is seeking reliable, professional, customer service professionals for our 2nd shift 2p-10p or 4p-8p full or part time. We are a small office setting, and take calls for many medical offices, hvac, plumbing, vets, dentist, funeral homes, etc.

Qualified candidates would type a minimum of 35 words per minute, have a pleasant phone voice, also great spelling and grammar are a requirement. Great customer service skills, great attitude, willing to learn new things, and being a team player are also key.

Hours:

2nd shift Customer Service - 2p-10p or 4p-8p full or part time and must be available at least every other weekend

2nd shift Customer Service Reps starts at $15/hr during week, $16/hr on weekends, with opportunities to earn bonuses as well.

Benefits:

*Full insurance benefits are available after 60 days if full time.
