Advantage Resourcing has an opening for a Customer Service Representative that will have the opportunity to work for a client who specializes in electronic repair services and solutions out of Jeffersonville, IN. We are seeking a personable, hard-working, and diligent individual that thrives in a fast-paced work environment, where the positive light you bring will help to keep the social electricity flowing!

An ordinary day as a Customer Service Representative would consist of the following:
  • Accurately take pictures of damaged units for reporting and diagnostics.
  • Happily, respond to customer concerns through various shop floor programs and answer emails.
  • Efficiently identify and resolve issues.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed.

We require candidates that have Microsoft application experience (Word, Excel, and Outlook), a high school diploma, or GED, and excellent attention to detail. We also appreciate talent who possess outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A Customer Service Representative can expect to work Monday - Friday, 7:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
