We are an experienced, yet small community association firm. We are currently growing our portfolio and are finding ourselves in need of like-minded professionals. Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and provide excellent, professional, and reliable customer service on a consistent basis.
- Be able to handle working on multiple issues at the same time.
- Be able to take direction from multiple managers and/or administrators.
- Be able to effectively work with others in a team driven atmosphere.
- Be able to follow multiple policies and procedures.
- Be able to keep a neat and orderly work area.
- Be able to consistently answer the telephone promptly.
- Be able to relay messages or information to and from management in a clear and detailed manner.
- Have excellent typing skills to document accounts quickly between calls.
- Be able to perform filing, scanning, documenting, research, and sometimes tedious work.
- Be able to commute to and from an office in Miami Lakes and another in Aventura.
- Must speak and write English and Spanish fluently. No exceptions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
