Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Arlington Heights, IL, is hiring for a full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative.

Customer Service Representative – Arlington Heights, IL

$47,000 to $50,000/Annually
Hybrid Schedule

By this change, we were able to oversee the entire production process which allows us to guarantee and verify the highest level of quality across our product lines and processes. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure satisfaction, prompt communication and delivery of orders throughout the northwestern region.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers, account managers, and team members through open and interactive communication
• Greet customers warmly and handle all inquiries accordingly via phone
• Direct, coordinate, and process purchase orders from order capture to customer delivery
• Verify accuracy of all purchase orders for terms and pricing, delivery information, and customer compliance
• Respond to routine questions regarding order status, shipping and product information
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
• Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions and handle product recalls
• Anticipate product voids and needs and communicate information to the Planning Department
• Maintain current knowledge of department standards, systems and processes

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• One year of customer service experience
• Word and Excel proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent – MUST, Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
