Holiday Wholesale is looking for someone to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurately handling Accounts Receivable, answering and handling phone calls, processing orders, working in a Team environment and assisting in a large variety of other office duties. You will also take on projects to help enhance the Customer Service Department as well as act as a backup for other Customer Service Representatives. You will ensure that all Customer Service Representative responsibilities are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

• Previous experience with cash handling / accounting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry preferred.
• Must be organized, be able to multitask, and work under pressure.
• Work hours are Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 2:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
