NOW HIRING a Customer Service Representative to work with a top company in Bowling Green, OH. This company is highly reputable with several awards for growth, equality, and safety. Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is looking for dedicated workers and experienced Customer Service Repersentatives.

SUMMARY: This position will have responsibility for accurately processing customer purchase orders in compliance witH company standard operating procedures. Customer communication via e-mail and telephone to obtain purchase order revisions and pricing discrepancies. Consistently required to provide superior service. Order Management Representatives have responsibility for house accounts and are required to build relationships, encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Provides support to Sales Team regarding service-related inquiries. Interpretation of sales programs and stocking orders. Data processing via EDI, Conexiom, customer portals, and e-mail in ERP system. Documenting customer requirements and meeting order deadlines are key to this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Alignment with company operating policies and procedures when making business decisions
• Checking completed customer purchase orders for accuracy
• Verify data by comparing to original customer documents
• Obtain customer information if data is missing or inaccurate
• Comply with data integrity and raise questions regarding electronic integrity
• Manage and resolve critical customer issues in a timely manner
• Alignment of purchase order requirements within our standard business practices
• Manage and resolve critical customer issues in a timely manner
• Escalating inquiries that are impeding progress
• Performs all duties and tasks as assigned by management.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma, AS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in data entry
