Ironsmith® is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service / Warehouse Associate who has an acute attention to detail and wiliness to learn and grow with the company.

The basics of an Ironsmith® Warehouse Associate:

Maintains a high level of quality communication with others.

Perform warehouse operations including inventory restocking, fulfillment, and customer service emails daily

Light manufacturing and product packaging duties from time to time.

Multitasks between programs, and communication platforms.

Required Skills:

Highly detail oriented

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Skills:

Prior Customer Service Experience

Military Veteran
