As a CSR/Receptionist at Marina Bay Animal Hospital, you will: greet clients with "wow" service; manage a multiple phone system, schedule appointments; enter client and patient data into the practice-management software (Cornerstone); admit and discharge patients; generate invoices and review with clients; process payments; prepare and maintain medical records; maintain order and cleanliness in lobby and reception areas.
Upon review of resumes, qualified candidates will be contacted for a telephone interview. Following a positive, upbeat, and productive telephone interview, an in-person or virtual interview will be scheduled to further discuss the position. Interviews are accompanied by an assessment of current veterinary and customer service knowledge. Please provide a minimum of 3 business/professional references with all applications.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
