Our CSR team provides world class service for appointments, sales appointments, and resolve any emerging concerns customers are facing with accuracy and efficiency. Our CSR’s are required to hold call center performance metrics that are required in the organization.

Our CSR team truly enjoys maintaining an extremely high level of client satisfaction by socially interacting and visualizing being in the customers situation and excited to assist clients. Having a true sense of compassion and empathy acting as a liaison between client and management remaining calm and diplomatic under pressure, to find solutions for difficult or stressed clients.

SET WORK SCHEDULE

• Mondays - Friday Closing Shift | ends at 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturday shift
• Flex opportunities available for other shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• In charge of selling club memberships or membership-related products and services. The duties of this role include engaging with inactive members, providing customer service to members, dealing with member records, and maintaining positive business relationships to encourage future sales.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

DESIRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school Diploma/ GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
