SGI Heating & Cooling is one of the largest Authorized HVAC Service Providers for The Home Depot stores in Michigan. We provide exceptional heating and cooling installations for residential customers throughout the state. We are searching for a friendly, enthusiastic, upbeat and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is a full-time position with Health insurance, Matching Retirement plan, holiday and vacation pay. We're looking for the best and brightest to take our Customer Service to the next level.

Required Experience:

• 2 Years customer Service
• Must have a Diploma/GED

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:

• Being the first point of contact for the company
• Scheduling sales and service appointments
• Provide extraordinary service to our customers
• Direct Inbound phone calls
• Handle Mini Storage administration
• Knowledge of basic office equipment
• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Provide excellent customer service
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Display a high level of professionalism
• Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
• Ability to multi-task

Pay Frequency:

• Every 2 weeks
