Summary:

Farrell Distributing is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service position would largely concentrate on Driver reconciliation. In this position, the employee would be responsible for administrative, office, and clerical functions including reception and providing support to Managers and other employees. Main responsibilities center on performing daily reconciliation tasks for multiple delivery routes, data entry, monitoring email, responding to inquiries and status requests, and answering/screening phone calls in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Prior Experience Preferred.
• Microsoft Applications Knowledge.
• Strong Attention to Detail.
• Strong Communication Skills (i.e., oral and written).
• Strong Organizational Skills.
• Ability to Multi-task
• Experience with 10-key Calculator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
