Job description

We are looking for a professional Customer Service Rep/ Dispatcher that is able to work quickly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. We are not a call center.

We dispatch for portable x-ray, ultrasound, and electrocardiogram (EKG) services to patients in their home or home-care setting.

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role.

We are looking to fill our AM shift, which is 6:30 AM-3:00 PM!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answers incoming calls and process incoming radiology orders

Must be able to work as a team

Must comply with HIPAA requirements

Stay current on data entry

Required Skills

Exceptional customer service

Multitasking is a must

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications/skills:

Medical billing certificate is a plus (entry level)

Medical experience is a plus

Insurance Verification is a plus
