We have immediate openings for C*ustomer Service Representatives to join our growing team onsite in our Warminster, PA headquarters. We are seeking individuals to work evenings and/or weekends.*
Burpee is dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional overall experience so we are seeking high energy, courteous, professional individuals for this highly important role. As Customer Service Representative, you will support and attract potential customers by providing helpful information, answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, and resolving complaints that are satisfactory to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, answer phone calls, respond to customer email inquiries & performs live chat assistance
• Troubleshoot & research customer order problems
• Perform data entry of phone, mail & Burpee.com orders
• Processes order returns & replacements
• Assist with filing & various special projects as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Willingness and desire to learn about our products
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with strong organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly and easily
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office; previous experience with ERP system a plus
