Customer Service Representative - State Farm Insurance
Job description
Answer inbound calls with "first phone" responsibility, take payments, follow up on documents needed from customers, outbound customer contact regarding payments due, learn proficiency in answering questions about billing accounts, other miscellaneous clerical support duties to be determined by aptitude. Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
