We are looking for individuals with a passion for helping and a strong desire to make a difference in others life. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer phone calls. You will answer questions, assist with orders, promote the best solutions and keep client information organized. To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, a friendly tone and positive demeanor, as well as basic payment processing skills. Ultimately, you should be able to learn clients policies and procedures to provide knowledgeable information about products and services to customers.

Duties

• Take inbound calls and offer assistance
• Learn, master and follow client’s policies and procedures for call resolution
• Collect payments, process orders, schedule deliveries
• Provide Tier 1 technical support
• Research, investigate claims and complaints to assess validity
• Submit unresolved issues and grievance to the appropriate department
• Disposition each call by providing call notes and actions recap.
• Stay updated on company and clients procedures
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions

Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Verbal and written communication (English)
• Familiarity with computers and computers systems navigation
• Basic troubleshooting

Work-From-Home Requirements

• Noise-free environment
• Dual-monitors Desktop (Windows 10 & up)

Additional Information: 1099 Part-Time (20-30/week)
