Sales/Customer Service Representative

LA Golf is the creator of the most technologically advanced products in the game, inspired by insights directly from its player partners and made by hand in California. LA Golf was founded by Reed Dickens, the founding CEO of Marucci Sports, which also partnered with the greatest players in the game to dethrone legacy incumbents Louisville Slugger and Easton.

Essential functions:

• Makes outgoing sales calls to current and potential customers.
• Provides pricing and product information to current dealers and customers.
• Sets up new dealer accounts and maintains dealer applications and other related documentation.
• Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner to current and potential customers and dealers.
• Enters new customer orders and monitors processing through completion.
• Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
• Answers product related questions from customers and handles complaints.
• Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends.
• Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Non-Exempt/ 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)
