Summary America’s leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for a Showroom Associate to join our Dallas/Richardson, TX office. In this position, you’ll provide customers with helpful information on products, services, and orders over the phone and in-person in our showroom. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the daily operations of our showroom
  • Greet customers with a friendly smile and offer assistance
  • Display and demonstrate products or services
  • Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels including over the phone, email, online chat, text messaging or in person
  • Answer questions related to products, policies and services offered by the organization
  • Schedule appointments for estimates, installations and other related services
  • Review customer account information to identify and resolve customer concerns and escalate issues beyond their expertise level
  • Collect and process payment transactions
  • Recommend improvements in processes, policies and procedures to prevent future gaps in customer experience
  • Participate in general office duties including, but not limited to, filing, keeping inventory and reporting shortages, and putting together product packets
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a customer service role or similar
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Office clerk experience is a plus!
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Basic office and computer skills
  • Professionalism: Excellent communication, integrity, reliability, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, presentation skills, etc.
  • Customer service: Excellent phone etiquette, positive attitude, patience, professional demeanor, etc.
  • Ability to attend a 1-2 week training session at our Grand Prairie office
  • Ability to work in-person during office hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm, and Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
  • Reliable transportation to the showroom: 600 N Coit Rd, Richardson, TX 75080
