Overview:
We are located 5 miles north of Fairfield on the beautiful Pleasant Plain Road and offer standard working hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Cambridge has an opening on our Service Experience Team! The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, data entry, or phone skills and like a fast-paced environment where you can stretch your problem-solving skills. Financial Industry experience is a plus!

In this role, your time will be split between the following tasks.
- Processing client account paperwork submitted by Financial Professionals.
- Verifying accuracy of data in systems
- Providing customer service to Financial Professionals via phone calls or emails.

Education & Experience:
Six months to one-year related experience, education and/or training.
Compensation: $32,240- $37,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
