Elite Auto Services is hiring Customer Service Specialists for our Dispatch Team. All openings are full-time on second shift (3p-11p) and benefits are available. The position is located at our office in Pataskala, OH. Customer service is our #1 priority. Job duties include dispatching service technicians to emergency roadside service requests, monitoring multiple dispatch boards, contacting customers with ETA updates, assisting drivers with any issues that may arise, and communicating necessary information to all involved parties. The ability to multitask and communicate effectively via phone is necessary! In addition to a competitive starting wage, we offer the opportunity to earn bonus pay each bi-weekly pay period. If you prefer to apply in person, please stop by our office M-F 9am - 5pm. Prior experience in dispatching is a plus but not required. Consideration given to applicants with previous customer service experience.
