Customer Service/Shift Supervisor for our Charlevoix location - Full-time, year-round with advancement potential. This is a diverse position in a unique fast-paced aviation work environment. Are you looking for a new challenge?

Fresh Air Aviation is growing, and we are looking for the right team member who can grow with us. We are searching for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and solid organizational skills who is interesting in learning new skills. In addition, should be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and quickly adapt to new challenges. This position is multi-faceted, and each day is different.

Additional requirements are the ability to manage a multi-line phone system, perform light bookkeeping duties, train and supervise entry level staff. Moderate lifting of luggage required as well as the ability to assist loading and unloading the aircraft of passengers and freight as needed. 2-3 years of customer service experience and supervisory skills needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
