We are seeking outgoing and personable Customer Service Supervisors at our Super Saver location in Columbus. In this role you will manage the front-end, the customer service desk, and assist the office staff.

The Customer Service Supervisor position is Perfect for someone wanting to Jump-Start a Career and bolster their management work experience!

Specific Requirements:

• Ability to oversee and supervise all front-end operations with confidence
• Supervising, delegating, and directing cashiers, and other front-end staff
• Efficiently handle transactions while providing excellent customer service
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Follow directives of the Service Manager, or Manager on Duty
• Follow, enforce company policies & procedures, including safety policies

Qualifications:

Previous Supervisory and/or retail experience preferred but we will train the right candidate! To be a supervisor, you must be at least 19 years of age.
