JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Customer Success Representative
Department: Customer Success
Reports to: Supervisor Customer Success
Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Location: Remote (Eastern Time)

The newly combined company has recently been carved out from a public company to a privately held organization and are bringing three sales organizations into one team while leveraging other synergies across the board. We have managed the challenging times of the COVID crisis and are well positioned as the hospitality and healthcare environments rebound.


Position Summary:

The Customer Success Representative is responsible for providing support to the sales team and their customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Order entry – Accurately and timely process all customer orders
  • Follow-ups – On order status, item availability, credits and returns, and any other order-related issues
  • Communication - Timely communication with customers, both internally/externally, regarding any customer related issues
  • Works open order reports to move orders through system and ensure timely shipping
  • AE/CSR Rapport – Build a strong relationship with assigned account executive to successfully manage assigned territory


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot potential issues before they arrive
  • Team player – Must work well with others, be adaptable and personable
  • Great organization skill - prioritizing, to do list, daily routine. Must be accountable
  • Demonstrates understanding of our customers and product to successfully manage assigned territory.
  • Must possess strong computer skills, be self-motivated and self-directed
  • Must have the demonstrated ability to come to work every day with passion and have a desire to learn and grow.
  • Up to 25% travel required.


Education/Experience:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with a competitive academic standing is preferred. Minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ‪‬
