Join Concentrix to work with our client, Intuit, proud makers of QuickBooks Online. We support small businesses, accountants, and self-employed individuals and we are looking to grow our team of talented individuals.
We are looking for people who can be our next experts in Customer Success.
Day to day, we handle supporting customer in solving queries in how to use and manage their QuickBooks Online accounts: this could be something to do with Bank Transactions, their reconciliations, adding and editing transactions and more – don’t worry, we train you in how to do this too!

- Salary - £10.42 per hour – annual £21,673.60
- Bonus opportunity
- Mon – Fri. 40 hrs Between 8am and 7pm, No weekends

Role Overview
- Assist customers with Intuit QuickBooks Online; research and provide resolution to questions and problems
- Solve problems that may be unstructured and require ‘thinking outside the box attitude’.
- Ensure service delivered to customers is of highest standard.
- You will be trained in elements of accountancy, but don’t worry we aren’t expecting you to be an accountant.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport
- Adopt a consultative approach to understand customer needs and learn about their business; explore how to solve these needs through our available products.
- Build customer confidence in every interaction, be it over chat, email, phone, video, social media or Live Community including other innovative channels of the future.

- Customer-focused, with strong empathy and a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience
- Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly familiarise yourself with the products, techniques and processes, and to apply the knowledge acquired
- Excellent analytical skills, good listener with advanced skills in problem solving.
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- You must have a minimum wired broadband speed of 10mgbs and an upload speed of 5mbps as well as private room at home to work. You will be required to use an ethernet cable and connect it to your home router.
